The LANsafe System is a pro-active monitoring and reporting system ensuring your company system performs at its peak and protects you from the most common preventable problems a network can face, therefore putting you in total control of one of your most important business assets.

The LANsafe™ SYSTEM consists of 5 main stages:

1. Information Gathering
   Every month one of our system engineers will gather critical information on the health of your Server. This involves a six-step system check including:
   
   
   1. Restoration test of your tape backup
   2. Load the latest Anti-Virus updates.
   3. Record movements in disk drive usage.
   4. Record CPU and memory utilization
   5. Record error logs for tape backup software and recommend corrective plan.
   6. Record error logs for server software and recommend corrective plan.
      
      
2. Report Writing
   Based on this information a report is prepared for you quarterly. Having recorded the results and carried out the necessary data analysis this report has detailed results in both quantitative and qualitative format on every aspect of your computer network.
   
   
3. Presentation of Report
   This report is then presented to you with a binder so that within a short time you can build a profile of your server. Additionally you will receive an oral presentation by one of our own Senior Network Engineers, allowing you to completely understand the results and to be given the opportunity to ask questions.
   
   
4. Recommendations
   Based on the results, our senior engineers will offer you the necessary advice and support specific to your computer system needs. This enables you make rational and informed decisions relating to controlling your budget and planning your business.
   
   
5. Implementation and On-going Control
   The LANsafe is an on-going, follow-up process. The monthly check-up and the quarterly reports are there to ensure your system performs constantly at its peak and provide you with the necessary quantitative and qualitative controls.
