Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitors our customer’s network around the clock. The NOC is based in our Sydney Office and uses state-of-the-art network management systems to constantly monitor and test our customer’s network and alert us if there are any errors.

If a fault is detected by the NOC, it is escalated to the Technical team. This team of highly trained professionals will contact the customer regarding the problem and assign a technician to the task.

The major investment that we have made into our Network Operations Centre gives our customer’s faith in the systems they have without having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to set up and monitor a management system of this scale.
